The front door is easy to miss. Once inside things improve. The staff person was amazing when it came to solving a problem we had created for ourselves their helpfulness was superbe. No blaming just how can we bring things back on track. Extra days were honored consistent with the initial discount pricing.

Fantastic location a short distance from the train station and to enter the town and see all the beautiful Toulouse sights! Also, a market right next door, how convenient! Staff very nice, the room very comfortable. Great comfy bed, strong water pressure, lots of hot water. Loved having the kitchen and refrigerator especially. Also appreciated the work desk and all the places to store clothes and lay out my things. Breakfast was basic but fine, I'd recommend this property as it has so much going for it!

Staff were exceptional--pleasant and helpful. Room layout was great. Overlooked the top of trees on the tree-lined street-yet still quiet. Location perfect for everything. Laundry and the self-service closet were great.

Central location,next-door to Metro and close to lovely markets and cafe quarters. Lots of eateries. The hotel is excellent value for money. Staff is very helpful, and rooms have a small kitchenette with a hot plate , fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Supermarket next door to hotel. The hotel is a 25-minute ride from the airport. It cost us 55 euros for a taxi for 6. There is a bus service to the airport for 9 euro adjacent to the hotel. There are lots of fast food alternatives, but try the local cuisine. It's outstanding.

I stayed for 5 days in May. I particularly appreciated the laundry in the hotel, easier than going out to the laundromat. Breakfast is good and there is a great communal space with coffee available all the time. You can also sit outside in the garden when it is fine. This place is close to everything and my room was big by Euro standards. Staff speak all the main euro languages but I particularly appreciated that they did not switch back to English when I attempted to speak in French

Location of this Citadines couldn’t be better. Just get off the bus from the airport at Avenue Jean Jaures stop and walk back round the corner. Or from the station,an easy walk down the suitcase-friendly paved,nets of Avenue Jean Jaures and turn right. Plenty of small supermarkets nearby and Victoria Hugo covered market almost opposite. All the places you’ll want to see are within easy walking distance. Try eating at Le May restaurant near the convent des Jacobins for great-value authentic local restaurant food. The kitchen area in the room is very adequate for snacking and reheating ready meals, et cetera and they free coffee and the lobby is much appreciated and a great help in keeping down costs of a city break. Dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid provided which is helpful and the idea of a stockroom which guests can access to renew towels, et cetera is a great one. De-luxe room worth the extra for its finish. Very comfortable bed - and a bath!

The location is terrific In Toulouse within easy walking to Place Wilson, the Capitole, Place St George’s etc. Also, the hotel is actually two buildings with a lovely garden area in between making the back building very quiet away from the street and providing a lovely sitting-out area. Big kudos also to the very friendly staff.

After travelling around lots of spots in the middle of Europe summer, it was great to stay at Citadines. Very easy check in, 2 elevators, and huge a big room! The air conditioning was awesome, and the kitchenette has some stove tops so you can cook a meal. Would absolutely stay again.

This was the best hotel we have stayed in during our time in France – and all the others have been 3-star properties. The attention to detail, love, and enthusiasm was evident in everything, from the welcome to the presentation of the rooms. The breakfast was truly outstanding, with a range and quality that exceeded our expectations. The location was awesome, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
